My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

New Floors

Bought a new house and the old floors were damaged by a water leak. Had new hickory floors put in throughout the downstairs.

    Very very nice!!! I am so happy you left the fireplace original. It's a beautiful piece of architectural ART. I hate when people paint them...then distress to make them look antique.....Really??

    Your place looks to be early 1900's...maybe late 1800's? Got some old house love here! Mine is 1916.

      The house is actually a mid 80's. Fireplace is reclaimed from an old house and is almost 200 years old. Needs a little lemon oil love but looks great.
