Hoping to get advice on which products to buy. I have a shower where the shower head is too low. And the current shower arm angles downward which makes it even lower (see picture). I bought a bigger shower head so that I could hopefully get the water to go higher, but I still find myself having to lower my head or bend my knees.

I'd love to be able to put in a rain shower but also have the ability to use a hand shower. What's a good combination of shower diverters and shower arms that would be good for this space? And is replacing a shower arm a relatively easy DIY project? Or should I call a plumber? Thanks in advance for everyone's help!!
