plastered ceiling

Hi, i have an asbestos ceiling in my house and now i want to get it plastered to give it plastered concrete ceiling look with no visible joints and edges. Can i use rhinolite on the asbestos ceiling becausei know that rhinolite works with rhinoboards.I would really like to give my home this new look.
