My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    That looks right to me! Everything you've done has improved the space. Losing the dividing wall, letting the light in, and the choice of warm woods all take this kitchen from drab and dreary to comfortable and open.
    A question about the ceiling... It looks like you traded a roof window for a Solatube. Why?
