My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hardwood or ceramic tile?

Remodeled awhile back. The floor is a delima! Hardwood or ceramic? I think kitchen is too small for wood floor and perhaps make kitchen too woody. Most votes win! Thanks!

    I would go ceramic, you have a lot of wood.
