My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Of everything we specified in this lovely powder bath, this custom cabinet and mirror color was custom designed for the client and cannot be reproduced. I am so sorry I cannot help you further on this! Thanks for asking. Take care ~~ Jeff

    Hi there! The sink was custom made by Circle City Copper Works in Indianapolis. They are awesome! The faucet is manufactured by Delta. It's part 754-SS and really tall to make it over the custom copper vessel sink! Hope this helps. Take care ~~ Jeff

    The sconces flanking the mirror are the Portland Collection from Hudson Valley part # 8501-PN in a poished nickel finish. These are wired for a standard 100 watt incandescent lamp. They are lovely and very nautical. Hope that helps! Take care! ~~Jeff
