My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I bought it in Brimfield antique show years ago and it was bright red...I painted it in my booth and sanded the edges to have hints of red show.

    Oh, nice! I like the antique linen type color. Very similar to the furniture color in my bedroom. :)

    Wow! I've heard of that and I really like that technique. I have a similar effect on a lot of the furniture I have in my room, though I didn't do it myself. It would be a neat process to learn though. You've done a great job here. :D
