I've heard excellent reviews about Kohler and Toto and am considering either for my renovation. Have you filtered your options down to a few? I'm curious to know what you've discovered.

Another recommendation for Toto! We have 4 in our house (3 Ultramax, 1 Lloyd). We also chose them for our previous house. They're water efficient and clog-free (so far).

I installed two American Standard Cadet 3 dual flush toilets over a year ago and have not had one problem. One is in the first level powder room and so get the most use. I think Toto makes a higher quality finish, but it's also twice the price.

Duravit Starck 3 has quite a pleasing modern shape. Are you installing wall hung or inground?

I would go with what you have always had, which is Kohler. Kohler offers toilets in all the price points and all have exceptional flushing. The options are endless- one piece, two piece, elongated, roundfront, watersense, traditional, transitional, or contemporary.
