Hi, i am trying to decide between Thermador and Wolf appliances for the kitchen. Most of the prices for the range and cooktops, oven and microwave. Pros and cons of both please. I read the reviews that Thermador does not cook food evenly in the oven, and there is no simmer. the sales person says, that it was in the earlier models. Is this true? What would you pick and why?
