I have recently installed the Rohl* ( P & R) Inca Brass finish Georgian bath fixtures, shower, etc. I am having problems with the quailty of the product: 1) handheld hose came apart after two weeks of use. 2) The finish has a tarnished spotting to it. And it is getting worse with use. I use only the product they recommend, wipe off after each use with soft cloth. They surfaces scratches and pitting on some peices. Most of this was there before installion and I am wondering - do they have a problem with thier plating process. I have never experienced this before with any fixture.
