What the finish of the wood paneling in the office of this home?

Gabriel Builders posted a picture of some beautiful wainscoting that appears to be in this home. They referred to you, as the designer, for more information. Can you explain how you achieved the finish?

This was a custom faux finish that we commissioned. We wanted the paneling to have the look of weathered drift wood.
