You're going to need to get permits, and will have to put a beam in to hold the weight of the ceiling. You're going to have to replace the tile or carpet where the wall is, and unless you have some extra on hand, it's going to look strange so now would be a good time to redo your floors as well. And the ceiling is going to need work as if you don't cut the sheetrock tape holding the wall and ceiling together, the paint will peel--happened to us last fall so be prepared to repaint your ceiling.

Thanks.We do have a problem with ceilings, they are not sheetrock. Don't know if panels are still available. Home is late 1970's..putting in all new floors. Haven't made decision on that yet. Painting paneling,removing 2 sets of sliding doors to Florida room. Have replaced all windows. As you can see this will be a big project. Plan is to do most work yourselves.

Putting sink and dishwasher on ISLAND/ with sitting where stove, cabinets are now. Should dishwasher b to the right or left of sink? Also is there a double farm sink?

CHOICES. Need to decide on one of each 2 orange shades,2 greens. Orange is for hutch wall and 1/2 wall with sliding door. Green other 1/2 wall with another slider and wall with 2 Windows. please excuse mess. first 2 pics Green, next 2 orange.
