My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What color is the siding? Is it Hardie Plank?

    Yes. The siding is Hardie Plank. But we got it primed and used Valspar paint; siding is Leadcast and trim is Bay Sands. Thank you for your inquiry. It's hard to tell the color in photos, and it does look different in different light conditions.
