What color paint is used for the ceiling, trim and walls?

I have a large living/dining room with very high ceilings. I want to change the ceiling color from Kelly Moore Frost painted 16 years ago to something fresher. Most of my art and mirrors have gold or black frames. Finding the right white, one not too yellow or too white has been exhausting.
