jane you have a darling cottage . . .the natural stone risers on the steps are your strongest clue . . . a red door like that can work with any neutral, but all of these appear to be too pastel . . basically all willl act as off whites on this house outdoors. The white departs strongly from the stone . . so I will advise - use sw ancient marble on all the trim, and shift down the spectrum for the brick . . to sage. . bm options like this are bm lapland for the body http://www.benjaminmoore.com/en-us/paint-color/lapland
and revere pewter for the trim

Shutters in the lighter color will be the most cottage like . . you want the arched ceiling of the gable over the entry to be the light color and the face of the gable to be the dark so this charming detail can be seen. dark above door pediment trim . . Light on posts and stairrail . . fascia . . window trim
