Is it the city that is giving you a hard time ?

Have a great contractor and investor. Architect seems to be very knowledgeable should we pick him. I am pushing for a roof terrace with real green space - made contact with a FL company who specializes in green roofs. In order to make this project exceptional financially and provide a superior product to the buyers and enhance the local community I know we need to be progressive, different and set a new standard in the market for future re-developments.

And I just found out we may be able to get entitlements from the local city if we provide a green roof! Hopefully making this concept come true.
