My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Would the chaise come as a separate piece?

Can the chaise be detached from the sofa and be kept separately or on the other side of the sofa (with the other 2 seater)?

    The chaise can be separated from the main sofa, but not attached to the other side. The chaise is not finished to be a stand alone piece. On the side of the chaise where it connects to the sofa are hooks and is not visibly appealing.
