My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi. Thanks for your message. The item requires (21) 40 watt candelabra bulbs ( not included ).This item also works with energy efficient bulbs, halogen bulbs, compact fluorescent bulbs, LED bulbs etc (not included). Additional chain can be purchased from many local lighting and hardware stores.

    How heavy is the Chandelier? How many crystal pieces are there that need to be assembled ?

    Hi. The chandelier weights about 135 lbs and requires much assembly.
