That table is exquisite. Congratulations on a fine purchase. I don't see the tray thingie with it, but I'm not sure you were asking for an opinion on it. Sorry, but I can't help you identify it.

Thanks! The tray/bowl is on the third photo..but the nine separate squared bowl shapes within it are so unusual. I can fill this with rocks, gourds, shells, etc - but Id also like it as a conversation starter for dinner guests. A mining or farming implement??

amazing table, amazing dough bowl tray thing. maybe fill it with crystal apples, or modern glass fruit? would be pricey to fill it up this way, but might bring some bling to a wooden table with a wooden tray bowl dough thingy :)

I have one that I switch out the items seasonally. Gourds, nuts in the fall. Pinecones, berries, pomegranates and greens in the winter. Eggs with grass or branches with blooms in the spring. Sunflowers, fruit, or shells in the summer. I also mix in small votive candles in mercury glass. Really, whatever things you love will look great! Beautiful table, what a great find!

the link for the glass blown fruit seems to be defunct, was an etsy shop called revo studio.

I wouldn't fill it with anything..it's perfect on its own. You could decorate around it, adding reclaimed wooden candle holders/thick candles or small square copper lanterns or either side. Also a hemp or natural linen table runner might be complimentary.
