Get a white duvet and white shams. Put picture over bed hang 7" from top of headboard. You didn't say how big it was? If you must paint go a soft gray. Area rug next to bed in a fuzzy white. Fold duvet back 1/3 of the way from top to show off sheets. Maybe a floor mirror opposite bed. Ikea carries tall 6 ft wide dark frame. I dont see end table so in a mirror or silver would work small silver base lamp white shade. Panels on window each end in white.

I would advise to add an area rug - a duvet cover which in this case should be white as the background color of the sheets. Also a piece of art over the bed and some nice sheer white window treatments I would also have a side table and side table lamp Enjoy
