That sofa is from Furniture Row - Sofa Mart. Very comfortable, soft, and affordable. I believe it was +/- $450.00 when I bought it to stage the model home. The chairs are from Pier 1 and are woven banana leaf with chocolate colored cushions. Hope this helps!

Hi Jan! The flooring is a handscraped birch - engineered. It comes in multiple color finishes and is a wide plank (approx. 6"). It can be nailed down or glued down (if on slab). Great looking floor. I have multiple suppliers in Huntsville that provide numerous options on it.
