Would anyone be able to tell what kind of faucets are these? I am looking to either replace the handles and escutcheon. I am keeping the old cast iron tub so my contractor tells me he can't replace the plumbing for a new fixture but if I find something that fits the original plumbing, I can "make it new." The escutcheon is pretty rusted, I am even willing to just replace those or is there a way to clean the rust? Open to all suggestions.
