Victorian house, high ceilings, want to replace net curtains with plantation shutters in living room. Question - should we keep the blue curtains? I'm thinking yes as I like the splash of colour and we have high ceilings but not sure if that would look odd, especially if shutters only cover the bottom half go the bay window... Thoughts? Thanks!
