My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      This is such a spectacular design for a living room. My sister is having her first home built and we have been going over the design. Hopefully it has a beautiful turn out like this.

      The Fire Place feature that Cutting Edge did is pictured on our HOUZZ page. We used whole slabs of Dianna Real Marble, split granite. The TV was 75 inch with a remote Fire Place at 72 inch. The flanking backlit shelving is custom made from Wenge wood and frosted glass. This is about 14 feet high and around 20 ft wide.

      The room was ernormous
