They do look like OAK. although, ironcially, even though this home is on the water in Coronado, they were working on an extremely tight budget. Those floors are actuall laminate and surprisingly the cabinetry is IKEA. goes to show that well executed installation and appointments can make a tight budget go a long way and even inexpensive materials can fit into a high end neighborhood when the situation calls for it: https://www.facebook.com/ChadOfAllTradesInc
