What is the Dimension of this room? Is there a bathroom? What other elements are included in the pool house. We are looking into building a pool house.

The interior dimensions of the room are 12'-8" x 28'-6" There is a bathroom with changing area behind the door you see in this picture. Opposite the area in this picture is a kitchenette with island. Thanks for your inquiry.

Mini splits solve a lot of problems. In tight, well-insulated houses, they provide just enough heating and cooling in a compact package and at a reasonable cost. But they take some getting used to when they are just stuck on a wall somewhere.
