Where can Ibuy this?

I'm in Dallas, TX and I can't find anybody who sells this. I called Element Design's Charlotte SC US HQ, but they do't sell to consumers. They directd me to a distributor in town, but they don't even have the product listed, or a sales option on their IVR. It's a little frustrating I'm just trying to get a ballpark price per square foot. Anyone have any ideas?
