My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Lower Left is Salvia & Lower Right seems to be a variety of Japanese Maple.

    Love me some Japanese Maple!!! :0)

    The plant to the lower left of the frame is Salvia "May Night" and other tree to the upper right of the frame is a Japanese Cutleaf "Inaba shidare" ( Red Select )Maple

    This one was planted at about 9-10 tall. It is a spectacular specimen!!!
