My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The exterior panels are made by Parklex. They have a wood veneer bonded to a phenolic resin core. They are made in Spain and imported into the US. A similar panel is made by another company called Prodema, also in Spain.

    I have a floatimg home in Portland, Oregon currently under construction. I have speced out parklex for the facades. Do you know how well it is holding up on this project? Also, do you know the cost per panel? Any feedback will be a big help. Thanks!

    The Parklex still looks great. I believe a 4x8 sheet is about $350, plus shipping (from Spain).
