My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Olsen Studios, You are so helpful and I thank you. Beautiful home. Just beautiful. FYI. I live in Abilene, Texas, and am being advised by one builder to NOT build such a modern home for resale reasons. I'm fairly certain I need to do it anyway. If you like, I'd love to hear your comments on that :) If I could afford a Dallas builder, I'd be in contact. Subs would be a problem for you/us, I'm afraid.
