My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I understand this kitchen is 400 sq. ft. but what are the dimensions? It's not 20x20, is it?

The dimensions for the island don't make sense. 6 feet is 72 inches. Is the island 74 inches by 52 inches? Are you measuring the base cabinetry and counter top separately?
