Cubside Appeal please

Here is a photo of the front of my house. I plan to remove all the bushes and would like to replace them with drawf nandina as well as the Nandina (Heavenly bamboo) My husband would like to evergreens on either side of the door. Would those combinations of plants work. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Use the Houzz search box, type in "curb appeal" and click on Ideabooks. SO many great ideas for you to look at! The front of your home is fairly flat, and your landscaping just beyond the bushes is also flat (grass). Look for ideas that give depth to the front. You'd be surprised what a change that can make. You'll have the prettiest house on the block!
