Please show the rest of the path. Does it go from the house through your yard to the pool?

Thanks for the interest...here we go.

missed one!

I'm not quite sure what I'm seeing. Is that brick house in the distance (that appears to face or back up to a lake) your house? Or is the house next to the black fence your house? In either case, what I'm envisioning is a meandering path that travels from your house, through the grass, and into the pool area. The cover could somehow be incorporated into the path.

I agree with the idea of stepping stones...

The brick house is a neighbors...my home is the tan one you see in the last picture....we thought about just adding the stepping stones from the lower patio to the upper pool area. I wasn't sure what to do with the grass on the left hand side.... other than adding a lot more plants to make a bigger bed.

I do like how your garden is flowing out of the gate

I think a path right through the existing grass would look fantastic--with the existing grass left as is. You seem to have a lot of space there--I think a small swatch of grass to the left would still be OK size-wise. Where is this beautiful property located?

A lovely trough ?
