The herringbone pattern above the horizontal border is a 3" x 6" glazed porcelain made by Interceramic (Roma Imperiale, Domus Aurea). However, you can achieve the herringbone pattern using any tile in which the length is twice the width (6x12, 4x8, 2x4, 8x16, etc.).

can you tell me where the drain is located?

The drain is actually right in front of you! It's the long rectangular "outline" you see in the photo just as you would be stepping into the shower and is called a linear drain. The tray like design allows the center of the grate to be filled with the surrounding floor material leaving an equal spaced 0.20 wide slot on all four sides where water flows into the shower channel body.
