My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Black Railing!! Gotta have it!!

Please tell me where the black railing came from. I can get the cable locally, but cannot seem to find where to get the railing. I love the black color too!

    The railing is most likely custom made. Check with a local steel fabricator and show them a pic of it. They should be able to quote a price to do it for you. The tension cabling is a bit expensive but a very good look. Most code requires max 4" between cables and they need to be very tight.
