I am remodeling my kitchen with mid-tone QS oak cabinets and would like to use tile on the floor instead of wood. I like Nova Blue Limestone in a 12 x 24 size. Also, like Sheridan Cream for a backsplash in 2 x 8. Is this a risky choice in a kitchen? What other natural stone tiles are safe to use in a kitchen? Also, not sure about a countertop, but would like a light stone that is not busy. Not sure how to bring this all together.
