I think the windows just need a beefier frame/molding around them. Like the size of the frame around the door. No shutters as the right size wouldn't fit between the right side windows.

I go by what my eyes see in other homes. It seems to me you can get a more pizzaz look with some dark window frames and new door. Look at this idea you have good options.

Thanks guys! That door is brand new. Trying for a more modern look and needed more light in the entry way so felt this was a nice solution. Stain it and keep it wood or paint it w color?

I think your new front door is super. If you'd like a more modern look, I'd first try painting the trim, windows and door black, with the gray exterior.

I agree a larger frame would balance better. I would also suggest you remove the current screen and replace them using one large screen which covers both sides of the window. This will help insulate your home, protect curtains and upholstery from UV rays and make the windows appear more substantial.
Also, I don't know where your street numbers are, but I think the would look great on the steps.
