    Most cabinet makers (Semi custom at least!) offer what's called a pull out pantry. Sizes vary in 3" increments from 9" to 18" wide.

    I could easily sell you the pullout, but do you already have a cabinet that it would go into? Google Rev-A-Shelf and look at their page, then find a local store that you can buy Rev-A-Shelf from.
