My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

AFTER APPLICATION ON NEW CONCRETE SURFACE. CAN I INSTALLED (LAID), SALTILLO/CLAY TILES (POURUS, LIKE BRICK).THIS PRODUCT WILL BE APPLIED ON A ROOF SUNDECK. I'VE DONE THIS BEFORE WITHOUT SEALING THE CONCRETE, AND THE RESULT IS LEAKY ROOF

    Thank you for submitting your question. The PS106 is an excellent waterproofing product. However, it is best used on vertical porous concrete, brick, or stone applications. It also is not intended as a base coat or primer. A better choice for your application would be our PS101 or PS102. You are welcome to contact us at our 800 number for a technical consultation.
