I'm decorating my apartment and want to know if a bright satin white is better than a magnolia or off white. The apartment currently has a off white or magnolia walls with areas of brick and wood. My old fashioned radiators also need painting? Could they be a different colour? I'm also thinking of stripping my old shutters back to wood. What do people think? I've just painted my fireplace brick white to show the difference in whites. The beautiful coving has been over painted and has no much detail.
