My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for your question! The color is achieved through a combination of factors. First, the nature of this reclaimed oak itself will contain mother natures' own amazing color variation and unique patinas. This particular floor was finished with a high resin tung oil finish....there is no stain applied to it at all.
