My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    We typically ship orders out within 1-2 business days of receiving them, as long as a valid telephone number was provided at the time of purchase. We ship all our items out of Los Angeles, so transit time to the east coast is typically 7-9 business days.

    How long will it take for it to be delivered to the San Jose, Calif. area? Can I be notified in advance which day and an approximate delivery time in advance?

    Transit time is approximately 3-5 business days to San Jose, CA. The trucking agency will call you a day or two ahead to schedule a delivery window with you.
