The current patio is done with natural bluestone. Builder laid the stones in some type of gravel mixture -- not quality work and did not last. Should I use the existing bluestone to redo the patio/path? Should it be laid like pavers? In addition, we get full sun in the afternoon and need to figure out shade cover. Any suggestions or guidance would be very much appreciated.
