My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for commenting on the painting process, rosiegabby. Not everyone appreciates the finish on a job. Leetzvc, the color in the dining room is Kendall Charcoal, and the family room is Coventry Gray (Ben Moore). Right now I'm doing the Kendall against a Galveston Gray on an exterior, which also looks really good.

    I am sure your company does excellent work. Very dark colors are very hard to paint IMO. However I was referring to the oil painting. I can't assess the quality of the paint job from the image.
