As you can imagine, this is an almost impossible question, without first seeing and evaluating the "to be remodeled" space. The variables and unknowns would make any accurate estimate impossible. If forced to give a guess, I would say between $35k and $50k. As you are no doubt aware, Kitchens are very "material intensive", so making selections on everything from tile and granite to hardware and lighting would make a significant difference in any estimate. Sorry to not be more definitive. We use a 5-page (single spaced) checklist in evaluating kitchen remodels. This exemplifies just how many variables and options there are. I hope this is helpful!
