I love this one too! The artisan is Tracey Barnes the email I have is traceybarnesart@gmail.com. I think perhaps a stained glass artist might also be able to make something like this on a commission. I have tried her website but get error message. I could see an artist making the piece and an electrician wiring it and getting a cap piece for attaching to the junction box.
