We have an old, leaky, wood deck built above the 2-car garage. We need it rebuilt with proper drainage and air flow. We also only have a 3" clearance from the roof to the sliding door. We have been looking at deck tiles as a possibility with (or without) pedestals. Can this be installed on a roof membrane without voiding the warranty? Is this the best solution, or is there another product or design we should consider?
