Move the TV to a lower spot so you don't end up with a chronic headache from having your head tilted back.

If your sofas are identical, one thing I would consider if it were my home is to put them facing each other in front of the fireplace, in the center of the room, with a coffee table in between them, and perhaps (it's hard to tell from the photos if it would fit) put the tv in the corner by the small dividing wall. You can probably still fit your chairs in directly across from the fireplace or in a corner to be pulled up when you need extra seating. Maybe move the sofas around just to see if you like it.
