My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Front porch patio furnitre, a yes or no?

I have loved this set since I first laid eyes on it at the beginning of spring, however, I like it but am not completely crazy about it on my front porch.. I switched out navy cushions with the red cushions and some pillows. I am not trying to achieve a country look, and I feel that this looks a little country.. Yet I'm from the south. Ha! What do you guys think?

LOVE IT!!! It is warm and inviting and helps to frame the window. It is the perfect touch.
