My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      if there is no waterline needed you just need an electric outlet installed in the closet area where you want the cooler.. A water line would be Required only for a fridge that dispense water...

      Can't imagine why one would need a mini fridge in the closet. Where I live electrical plug-ins aren't allowed in closets. It's against building code.
